In the report that was released in October 2016, customers commented on their excellent service provision and their unprecedented efforts to combat crimes. Securus Technologies published a small sample of letters and email communications received from jail officials, the general public, and other officials. Most of the emails and letters came from federal and state official tasked with duties to prevent and solve crimes as well as making incarceration experience better and safer.
